TERMS AND CONDITIONS In accordance with federal regulation, RaiseYourScores.com charges retroactively for the services we perform. This means you will be billed each month for work performed the previous month.

Your initial payment of $99 covers the most expensive portion of your retainer, your case setup.

The amount of work will vary from time to time, and you will find that we often perform more work than the $59 monthly fee covers. Of course, you will not be charged for the additional work. Your monthly retainer fee is fixed at $59 and will never exceed that amount.

Your billing date will always be the same day each month (the date of the month in which you signed up for service). There will be a $10 decline fee for any monthly charges that are returned.

RaiseYourScores.com does hereby promise to do the following:

1. To challenge all derogatory marks on all 3 bureaus per client's request
2. To demand the removal of all inaccurate and/or unverifiable information
3. To help with the negotiation with creditors to rectify accurate derogatory information

LENGTH OF SERVICE
The length of the above mentioned service is on a month to month basis. You may cancel your account at any time with a written 30-day cancellation form.

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON THE 3rd BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE ON WHICH YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT. SEE THE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THIS RIGHT.
